This set includes center punches with the following diameter: 7/64”, 5/32”, 3/16” and 15/64”.
For exact marking of a drill point and guidance of the drill bit.
Center punches are used to create permanent marks or locations when disassembling engine parts.
The octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away when placed on a surface.
The tip is ground and polished.
The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head.
Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool.
Forged from top quality hardened chrome vanadium steel.
Compiles with DIN 7255 standard.
Set includes four (4) center punches: 9R 430 100 KUS (7/64" x 4"), 9R 430 120 KUS (5/32" x 4 3/4"), 9R 431 120 KUS (3/16" x 4 3/4"), and 9R 434 150 KUS (15/64"x 6").
